Our ROOT ROLL – alongside the classic roll, this is one of our customers' favorites. Time, and therefore taste, are also paramount here, with the dough fermenting for over 18 hours.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, water, wheat gluten, salt, wheat sourdough, glucose, barley malt flour, rye malt flour, wheat malt flour, yeast
